18 year old dies in Kota, leaves behind sticky notes saying ‘I am the only one responsible for my death’, parents suspect murder

18 year old boy from Uttar Pradesh was found hanging to the fan of his room with his hands tied back, by his friends. Manjot Singh, NEET aspirant allegedly killed himself. Manjot was a studious, fun loving natured person. He had secured 93% in his grade 12 board exam.

Death Note Accessed

Manjot Singh left behind 3 sticky notes stuck to his desk. One had ‘SORRY’ written on it, while another had birthday wishes for his father. The third note said – he is solely responsible for his death, his parents and friends must not be troubled.

‘I am next in line’

Manjot, a few days before passing away always told his friends that he was next in line to die, when the friends would discuss the suicides happening in the Kota city.

Parents allege Murder

Parents of the 18 year old Manjot Singh allege that their son was killed. They say so because, when they arrived at the spot, they found that Manjot’s hands were tied up. Parents of Manjot also deny the suicide note found, they doubt that the author of the notes are not their late son.

Cops are probing this case. This is the 19th death in Kota this year.
