Fans of Sushant Singh Rajput write to CJI seeking speedy trial in the mysterious death case: Key details of the letter accessed

Fans and admirers of actor Sushant Singh Rajput have written to the Chief Justice of India, seeking speedy trial in the mysterious death case of the actor.
In the exclusive letter accessed by News Tap Global, fans have asked the CJI to take note of the CBI not filing the chargesheet in the case. Fans also urge CJI to direct the CBI to conduct a speedy prove into the actor’s death.
Fans have expressed their anguish over CBI’s investigation in the case, which has not yet come to a conclusion after 27 months of its start.
Fans point out a few questions, which have been written to the CJI. They are as quoted:
1. What is causing the delay in invoking IPC 302 and other charges given that sufficient circumstantial evidence and material evidence is available?
2. If CBI is still missing vital evidence, why have scientific interrogation methods not been used or custodial interrogation of people who were around Sushant’s house Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra, Mumbai, on the intervening night between June 13-14 and the key suspects?
3. Has the evidence collected by ED and NCB been reviewed by CBI to build a watertight case to prove the conspiracy against Sushant (what happened through 2019 and what happened on 13th June 2020?).
4. Investigations by NIA, CBI and ED on Ex Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, Ex CP Mumbai Police and Sachin Vaze are testimony to the malpractice, abuse of power and criminal conspiracy by these people who were in positions of authority in June 2020 (when Sushant Singh Rajput died). Why has CBI not probed them yet in Sushant’s case?
5. What action was taken in relation to the serious issues raised by Sushant’s family in their letter to CBI dated 07-OCT-2020 post the AIIMs panel review?
6. Why has CBI not independently acted against Mumbai police and Cooper hospital?
7. What is the update on the data retrieval via MLAT (if the news was true)? It appears odd that CBI would wait to arrest those who were around Sushant’s house, on 13th June 2020, pending this time-consuming procedure of data retrieval.
8. Union Minister Mr. Narayan Rane and Former Member of Rajya Sabha Dr. Subramanian Swamy have been vocal about the case; they have provided information in the public domain to corroborate that it is indeed a murder committed through conspiracy.
Fans have concluded the letter with a believe that they will get a satisfactory and a speedy reply.
