Delhi Blast Probe: Women Doctor “ Dr Shaheen Saeed linked to secret Terror Doctor Network.

New Delhi: November 21, 2025
Investigators probing the recent Delhi car blast have uncovered an organised network of “terror Doctors” which was allegedly assembled by the women doctor named “Dr Shaheen Saeed”, on Friday.
Dr Shaheen Saeed, a resident of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh who was formerly associated with Al-Falah University, is accused of recruiting medical professionals to form five-member teams.
According to sources, each group had a designated leader through whom Saeed maintained all communication, limiting her direct contact with other members to avoid detection.
Authorities say this structure was intended to preserve secrecy and prevent other teams from being exposed in case one unit was compromised.
Investigating agencies are now working to determine how many such groups were formed and who the other recruits were.
Beyond her alleged involvement in the network of “Terror Doctors “, Saeed is also suspected of helping establish the Indian wing of Jamaat-ul-Mominaat, the women’s organisation of the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed ( JEM). This wing is led in Pakistan by Sadia Azhar, the sister of JEM founder Masood Azhar.
Saeed was arrested along with her two associates -Mohammed Shakeel Ganaie from Pulwama and Adeel Ahmed Rather from Anantnag in Jammu & Kashmir. Officials believe that all three played a significant role in the Delhi blast last Monday.
Authorities now continue to investigate the full scope of the network and the extent of its operations across states.
