Police unable to trace 25-year-old Hindu bride from Sylhet who went missing 10 days ago, family in extreme worry 

Sylhet, August 26: Poppy Shil alias Sweety, wife of Samit Ravidas of Daragaon Tea Garden, Chunarughat Upazila, Habiganj District, Sylhet District, Bangladesh, suddenly disappeared while going to the market ten days ago. After a long search, the family filed a missing diary (GD No. 933/2025) with the local Chunarughat Police Station. But till date, the police have not been able to trace the bride. Meanwhile, the family of the missing bride is spending her days in extreme anxiety.

It is learnt that Poppy Shil had left home on August 15 to do some shopping in the market. But she did not return home after that. The family members searched everywhere and filed a missing person report with Chunarughat police station. Samit Ravidas said that they have searched many places in search of his wife, but no trace has been found yet.

Chunarughat Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Nur Alam said that the matter is being investigated seriously. Searches are being conducted at all possible places to rescue the missing woman.
