Justice MM Munir said ‘ that mere being a minor doesn’t entitles anyone to get bail ‘
He added ,the crime is not ordinary but the murder of 8 policemen . If bail is granted people’s faith in rule of law will be shaken and the justice system will fail, the court asserted.
