Pakistan Linked NGO 'Mopped Up' Funds From India In The Name Of COVID Relief, Likely To Be Used For Terror

As India battles the second wave, scarcity of Oxygen, medicines hit India. In the name of providing India relief, a US Based, Pakistan linked NGO IMANA, received a lot of Donations. An globally leading publishing, ‘DISINFO LAB’ has said that this is ‘COVID-19 SCAM 2021’. According to it’s report, this NGO received millions of donations in the name of ‘Help India Breathe’. This organisation also has links to the Pakistani Military and the ISI. 

IMANA started its campaign on Instagram on April 27, 2021. It recieved INR 8.7crore. They also started a crowdfunding campaign named “Just Giving”, where it managed to raise around INR 2crore. On May 7th, they recieved donations worth INR 30crore to – INR 158crore. According to IMANA, they have purchased 100k nasal cannulas, 40k non breather masks and 450 oxygen concentrators, which never reached India.

According to the report, IMANA has deep links with terror group Lashkar E Taiba. 

Several Bollywood actors, actresses also asked people to contribute to the ‘Help India Breathe’ campaign on Instagram.
