Tariqur Rahman Visits Jamaat Ameer Shafiqur Rahman and NCP’s Nahid at their homes

To ensure a better political engagement after the recent national election, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairman Tarique Rahman visited the homes of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman and National Citizen Party (NCP) Convenor Nahid Islam on Sunday evening.

BNP described these meetings as a part of ” Positive Political Beginning”.

Tarique Rahman, accompanied by senior BNP leaders including Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and Standing Committee member Nazrul Islam Khan, arrived at Shafiqur Rahman’s residence in Dhaka’s Bashundhara area around 7pm. Among the Jamaat leaders present at the meeting was Assistant Secretary General and Publicity and Media Affairs Chief Ahsanul Mahboob Zubair.

Later that night, Tarique visited Nahid Islam’s home in Badda, as announced by the BNP in a Facebook post.
