Is it religion or is it the lack of humanity: “Pakistan Zindabad” fuels rage across the nation

” Pakistan Zindabad ” slogan in West Bengal’s Asansol has sparked controversy all over the nation. The slogans were shouted to protest against the Waqf Act. The slogan shows the negligence towards the law, humanity as it is raised amid the heated time where the Hindus are attacked by Muslim terrorists sent by Pakistan, in Pahalgam.

A while back, there were reports of muslims targeting Hindu community , causing arson and many other forms of violence due to the opposition of the Waqf Act in Murshidabad, which later spreads to Hooghly, Malda, and South 24 Parganas. In the the viral video we can see a group of men protesting on the street with various placards in their hands. But what shocks everyone across the nation is their slogan, “Pakistan Zindabad”. The protest changes from being against of the new Waqf act to supporting Pakistan while staying in India.
In such a situation where terrorists of Pakistan took innocent Hindu lives, these slogans shows the criminal mentality and the absence of empathy, and humanity. From opposing to a new law to openly using anti-country slogans, people are raging and questioning why there has not been any strict steps taken by Mamata Banarjee?
