Khawaja Asif Confesses Pakistan’s Role in Terror Support

In a stunning admission, Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif revealed that the country had spent the last three decades training and funding terrorist groups. He made the statement during an interview with Sky News journalist Yalda Hakim, where he acknowledged Pakistan’s deep involvement in militancy, often acting on behalf of the West.

“Yes, we have been doing this dirty work for America and the West, including Britain, for the last three decades,” Asif stated.

India Responds Swiftly After Pahalgam Massacre

Asif’s confession followed closely after the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 civilians, mostly tourists, lost their lives. The Resistance Front (TRF), allegedly linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, claimed responsibility.
Despite mounting evidence, Asif denied the existence of both outfits, claiming:

“Lashkar is an old name. It does not exist.”

Indian officials, however, interpreted the remarks as proof of Pakistan’s ongoing support for cross-border terrorism. They quickly implemented a series of tough retaliatory measures.

India Cuts Diplomatic Ties and Water Access

In direct response, India took decisive steps:

• Suspended the Indus Waters Treaty
• Revoked all visas issued to Pakistani citizens
• Closed the Attari land border crossing
• Expelled Pakistani military attachés
• Urged all Indian nationals in Pakistan to return immediately

Meanwhile, Pakistan retaliated by suspending visa services for Indians and temporarily placing the Shimla Agreement on hold. It also warned that altering water flow would be treated as an “act of war.”

Modi Issues Stern Warning from Bihar

Addressing a rally in Madhubani, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned the attack and assured justice for the victims.

“India will identify, track, and punish every terrorist and their backers. We will pursue them to the ends of the earth,” Modi declared.

He thanked world leaders who showed solidarity and emphasized the unity and resolve of the Indian people.

Diplomatic Pressure Mounts on Pakistan

India now plans to intensify global diplomatic pressure, using Asif’s televised admission as a strategic tool. With global outrage building and diplomatic relations deteriorating, Pakistan finds itself increasingly isolated on the international stage.

As the world watches closely, India remains firm in its stance: terrorism will not go unpunished, and those responsible will be held accountable—both on the battlefield and at global forums.
