BREAKING THE “DPIFF”
Everybody knows about the father of Indian Cinema Shri DADASAHEB PHALKE. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting presents the above
The Dadasaheb Phalke Award is considered to be the highest honour in Indian cinema conferred at the National Film Awards for “outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Indian cinema”. Instituted in 1969 by the govt to commemorate Phalke’s contribution to Indian cinema, it has a legacy which makes it very prestigious in the consciousness of the public.
There was a news that VICKY KAUSHAL won Dadasaheb award for Best Actor on Lead Role. When that was closely studied by Team News Tap, we found that it was not the original one. It was DADASAHAEB PHALKE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.
Now lets break the Truth of DPIFF:
- DPIFF, on their portrayed our Hon. PM’s endorsement, where the signature doesn’t matches the pictures are below. The Left is DPIFF, Right ORIGINAL
2)DPIFF has also tried to register their Trade Mark, but when we checked its status, it says “abandoned”. As per our research, when ever there is no proper documentation or if the Ministry of Commerce rejects the TM application the above status is shown. The proof:
3) DPIFF charges INR 25k per VVIP invitation. They say this amount is inclusive of RED CARPET, AWARD SHOW, COCKTAIL and DINNER.
