The modern facility is designed to handle around 13 million passengers annually. It is expected to significantly improve air connectivity. This will enhance the passenger experience.

What truly sets this terminal apart is its nature-inspired design. The terminal draws inspiration from Assam’s bamboo, orchids, tea gardens, and iconic landscapes like Kaziranga. It beautifully blends modern architecture with local culture. The inclusion of a “sky forest” and indigenous artwork gives travelers a sense of place the moment they arrive.
