Delhi Crime Branch Files Two FIRs Against Al-Falah University amid Red Fort Blast

The Delhi Crime Branch has registered two separate FIR’s against Al-Falah University in Faridabad, following the devastating explosion near the Red Fort Metro station, which claimed 13 lives and left many injured.
According to the officials, the first FIR pertains to allegations of Cheating, while the second invokes sections related to forgery.
The Delhi crime branch has filed two separate FIRs against AL- Falah University, one for cheating and another under sections of forgery “, said the Delhi Police in an official statement.
As a part of the probe, a Team from the crime branch visited the Okhla office of the university to examine potential links and gather relevant evidence.
The police officials further added that “ A team from the Delhi crime branch visited the Al-Falah University office in Okhla today . The Delhi Police has issued a notice to the university and requested specific documents”.
The investigation is part of a broader effort by authorities to prevent future terror incidents and ensure that all responsible parties are held accountable.
In a related development, the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) has announced the immediate suspension of Al-Farah University.
AIU representatives stated that the suspension is a precautionary measure and will stay in place until the probe is completed and the University’s potential involvement, any terror-related activities, becomes clearer.
Meanwhile, security agencies are examining whether the university had any association with individuals suspected of planning or aiding the attack.
The incident has reignited national debate over security preparedness at educational institutions and highlighted the need for heightened vigilance to deter future attacks.
