Sudanese Student Killed, Another Injured in Brutal Pre-Dawn Attack Near Phagwara University; Police Swiftly Arrest All Six Accused

Phagwara, Punjab —A 25-year-old Sudanese student was fatally stabbed while another sustained critical wounds in a stunning and terrible event early Thursday morning in a fight near a private institution in Phagwara.
