Mamata opens up after High Court verdict on 32,000 primary school jobs!

Just as the court cancelled the SSC 2016 panel, will the division bench uphold the order of the single bench of the Calcutta High Court? Will the order that was initially ordered by former Justice Abhijit Ganguly to cancel 32,000 jobs be upheld?

Since this morning, 32 thousand teachers have been counting the consequences of this fear. Finally, they are very relieved by the verdict given by the Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court. In this case, the court has canceled the order of the single bench to dismiss 32 thousand jobs. Whereas the division bench has ordered to maintain the jobs of 32 thousand teachers. After which all those teachers have become excited.

Once, while he was a judge of the Calcutta High Court, Abhijit Ganguly ordered the cancellation of 32,000 jobs in the primary. Later, the board challenged him and went to the division bench. Today, the division bench was supposed to give its verdict. Many feared that if the order to cancel jobs was upheld in this case too, then just like the state government was under pressure after the SSC cancelled jobs, there would be an outcry in this case too and the state would be under pressure. But in the end, the division bench rejected the order of the single bench. Where they ordered to maintain the jobs of 32,000 teachers. And now the state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has opened her mouth on that issue.

Journalists asked the Chief Minister about the order issued by the Calcutta High Court Division Bench to restore 32,000 primary jobs in Murshidabad today. Reacting to that, Mamata Banerjee said, “I am happy that the teachers have received justice and their families are safe. It is not right to take away jobs by going to court with words. We need to be given jobs. We do not need to take them away. The court will speak as the court will. We respect the judicial system. I am most happy that at least we have been able to secure the jobs of these 32,000 brothers and sisters.”
