Joe Biden has been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer

      Former U.S. President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostrate cancer on Friday. As announced by his personal office on Sunday, Mr. Biden consulted his doctor last week after urinary symptoms and a small prostrate nodule was discovered which has already spread to his bones. His office further added , “While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management. The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
      President Donald Trump expressed his sadness over the news on social media and wished him “a fast and successful recovery”. Former President Barack Obama said that Biden will fight cancer “with his trademark resolve and grace”. Many other politicians took to social media to wish the aged former President a speedy recovery.
      Biden who is now 82, has faced  many health complications throughout his presidency. He had to abandon the idea of standing for re-election due to his health and age. Many expert says that Mr. Biden’s situation is serious and that people diagnosed with prostrate cancer only manage to live for the next 7 to 10years. However, Dr. Judd Moul, a prostrate cancer expert said that the cancer could be curbed from spreading further by removing a man’s testicles.  He shared hope by saying that the survival rates have almost tripled in the last decade.
