Popular Front of India and its bodies declared unlawful, banned for 5 years

Central Government declares PFI (Popular Front of India) and its associates or affiliates or fronts as an unlawful association with immediate effect, for a period of five years, news agency ANI reports.

In recent past, the police and central agencies had launched a massive crackdown on PFI. Sources told News Tap Global that those raids and arrests had dismantled 60% of PFI.
