Justice For Palghar Sadhus Denied ?

It is a moment of grief to see the executive of a state give clean chit to all accused, who were caught on camera committing the crime. Yes, the executive of Maharashtra has shown the least interest in the Palghar Sadhu Lynching case. 

On 16th of April 2020, the police had seen handing over Saints to a mob to get lynched. These visuals were caught on CCTV. The state home ministry had tried to give a coverup by explaining that they were accused of being child thieves. 

When the Mumbai Police arrested a few of the killers, who were present in the Mob. But it was made sure that all of them come out in a step by step manner.

• On 10th August 2020, 28 of them were given Bail.
• On 16th August 2020, 9 of them got Bail.
• On 3rd November 2020, 4 of them got  Bail.
• On 26th November 2020, 53 got Bail.
• Then on 7th December 2020, 47 of them were out on Bail.

The most malice part of this case is that, there was NO chargesheet filed. When a journalist raised his voice for the Sadhus, he was investigated more than, Sadhus’ killers. He is none other than Arnab Goswami. There were multiple cases filed on him for Just Questioning.There were 200+ FIRs filed in 12 states. There were big bundles of Chargesheets filed. There were Bogus cases created. If the same interest was shown in investigating the Palghar Case, those innocent lives would get justice.
