TRP Scam, Sibal Confesses in Court, Uddhav Thackeray's Special Team to tackle Arnab

Today, in the Bombay High Court, while it was hearing Arnab Goswami’s plea against the FIR in the TRP SCAM. Advocate for Maharashtra Government, Kapil Sibal stated, “There is no mention of Republic in the FIR. So how can it be quashed? “
This was the Statement, which was something like a Confession.

This was a super contradictory statement to the Statement given by Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, Param Bir Singh. On 8th of October, In that Press Conference, Commissioner said, ” Republic Television’s TRPs were suspicious. The Suspicious Households where these Barometers were installed, were Rigged says those Households in their statements that Republic has Paid For TRP”

Now after all the Court Proceedings, Republic Media Network has told in a News Release that it will file a 200cr Defamation Suit against the Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh. They also told that 100cr is for the Defaming Arnab Goswami and another 100cr is for Defaming Republic Media Network.

Sources also indicate that there will be many more Defamation Suits against News Channels who ran this FAKE NEWS.
