REPUBLIC's Niranjan and Abhishek Summoned To Reveal Their Sources
Republic TV’s Executive Editor Niranjan Narayanswamy and Senior Executive Editor Abhishek Kapoor has been Summoned by the Mumbai Police. The letter which was sent to the Duo as Summons said that the Mumbai Police wanted to know the source of Hansa Report which was accessed by Republic.
Republic was FALSELY named by the Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in a press conference for a BIG role in the TRP SCAM. The FIR which was filed by BARC, named India Today and not Republic. The FIR also stated that a few households, where the BAROMETERs are installed, were asked to watch India Today channel for 2 hours daily.
Yesterday the COO and CEO of Republic, were Interrogated.
