Kolkata: Woman Killed with Brick, Body Found in Trolley Bag During Interrogation

Sensational information has come to light regarding the recovery of a woman’s body in a trolley bag at Kumartuli Ghat in Kolkata. It is learned that the woman named Sumita Ghosh was murdered in a rented house near Bireshpalli Madhyamgram station.After that, the accused Falguni Guha and her mother Aarti Guha left the house to put the body in a trolley bag and take it away. During interrogation, the accused told the police how they killed Sumitadevi.

According to police sources, the deceased Sumitadevi is the mother-in-law of accused Falguni Devi. Fifteen days ago, Sumita came to Falguni’s house. Before that, he lived elsewhere for about three and a half years.

During the cross-examination, Falguni told the police that he had an argument with Sumitadevi about something. During the argument, he pushed Sumita. Sumitra hit her head on the wall due to the push. Due to this, he became unconscious. Sumita attacked him when he regained consciousness after a while. Then he killed the woman by beating her with a brick.After that, he and his mother Aarti Ghosh bought a large trolley bag from a shop on Madhyamgram Station Road. Sumita’s body was filled in a trolley bag. The body was taken by taxi to Kazipara station in Barasat. From there take a train to Park Circus. From Park Circus again reach Kumartuli Ghat by taxi.

On the other hand, the people with whom Sumitadevi lived for the last three and a half years said that she left the house 15 days ago after being depressed. After that, Sumita did not pick up the phone after calling several times.
