#JaagoCBIJaago Vol. 1: While autopsy after sunset was permitted in 2021, Why SSR's autopsy at 12am in 2020?

In the first volume of News Tap’s campaign – #JaagoCBIJaago, we are putting official government memorandums which proves how big a flaw was in the autopsy of Sushant Singh Rajput. 
Having a close look at the autopsy report prepared by the officials of Cooper Hospital, Mumbai, which says that the autopsy was conducted from 11.00pm on 14th June 2020 to 12.30am on 15th June 2020. 
The autopsy was conducted in the middle of the night. 
According to a memorandum issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, issued in 2021 allowed conducting post mortem after sunset with a few conditions. Before this memorandum, only with the permission of a magistrate, and was issued rarely.
