Mehul Choksi Case: Choksi To Be Produced Before Magistrate
In the latest developments, the high court heard the plea of Mehul Choksi. The court has issued a GAG order, which stopped media to report on the court proceedings. According to News Tap’s sources from inside the courtroom, the court has adjourned the hearing for the day. The prosecution has asked the government to send Mehul Choksi to India, they have also said that Antiguan Citizenship of Mehul Choksi will be revoked. Choksi will be presented before the Magistrate’s court at 4pm. Judge of the high court has also asked the Magistrate to charge Mehul Choksi for illegal entry into Dominica.
