NEWS TAP EDITOR ON TARGETING OF ARNAB GOSWAMI

After the horrific Pulwama attack by Pakistan sponsored terrorists in Indian state ( now Union Territory) of Jammu & Kashmir, it was confirmed that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, India would HIT BACK HARD on Pakistan. Every kid in the Country knew it. I too had discussed it with my friends that, India will hit Pakistan damn HARD!, so does this mean that PM Modi leaked the Government’s secrets to me? It is completely foolish!.

I condemn the partnership of Congress party, National Broadcasters Association ( NBA ) and Pakistan’s in having an Anti India stand.

I too question the Congress Party on its political motives behind the WitchHunt on Arnab & Team. When Mumbai was attacked by Pakistan sponsored terrorists, Tukaram Omble was only given a ‘Lathi’ but assault rifles were given to those who came to arrest Arnab in a Closed Case.

I now would like to question the National Broadcasters Association (NBA) on its illogical and unfair stand in this matter. In its latest Press Release, it has taken the stood by Pakistan and all Anti India forces in this Matter. This is highly CONDEMNED!

We have seen, how these NBA member channels took U Turns in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. It all started with NBSA giving Apology Notes to channels, which stated ‘In the matter of the Suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput’, to which I had personally objected and I had written to NBSA to change it to ‘Mysterious Death of Sushant Singh Rajput’ which was not given a thought about. At last they compromised the stand in this case. After all this, we all know that they covered SSR case and then left it only for TRPs.

I will also question a few demands made by NBA. As NBA asks BARC to keep Republic Media Network’s ratings to be suspended, as it is under a fabricated probe carried out by Crime Branch, Mumbai. I ask why is there NO STATEMENT on India Today and Aaj Tak, which is being Investigated by ED, under Fake TRP Scam? While BARC stays quite in the whole issue, it shows how transparent it is.

By making such demands, NBA tries to bully BARC on action against Republic.
