Sonal Chauhan Stranded in Dubai Amid US-Iran Conflict, Seeks PM Narendra Modi’s Urgent Help

Bollywood actress Sonal Chauhan is pleading with the Indian government for help as she finds herself in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable situation in Dubai due to escalating geopolitical tensions.

The coordinated strikes on Iran by the United States and Israel, which have led to a severe rise in violence in the region, have had a major impact on air traffic throughout the Middle East. Airlines responded to these developments by canceling and rerouting flights, leaving many passengers, including Chauhan, stranded at Dubai International Airport with no apparent way back to India.

The Jannat actress used social media to reach Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally, asking for guidance and assistance from the government to guarantee her safe return home. In her message, she wrote the following:

“Hon’ble PM @narendramodiji, I am currently stranded in Dubai amid the ongoing crisis. Flights have been cancelled and no clear way to return to India. I’m seeking the government’s guidance and support to help me get back home safely.”

In her appeal, Chauhan tagged the Indian Consulate in Dubai as well as the Ministry of External Affairs, stating that she would be “deeply grateful for any assistance and guidance” toward her safe return.

Travelers are still waiting for updates at Dubai’s airports, and the situation has become tense due to viral footage showing anxious people in long lines as airline operations are still suspended. In the midst of numerous cancellations, similar issues have apparently left Indian shuttler PV Sindhu and several other passengers stuck.

As concerns about regional security grow, Indian authorities are collaborating with UAE officials and airlines to assist citizens trapped in the crisis, stressing that safety remains the top priority.
