“Subham” debut production by Samantha Ruth Prabhu Premier Welcomed By Mixed Reviews : Live Report

HYDERABAD : Samantha Ruth Prabhu debut production movie “Subham” releases today. The premier of the Telugu film, was held in Hyderabad, which was attended by the team and other close allies of the actress. The film so far has got mixed reviews.

Times of India called the film “wonderfully weird” and a fun horror-comedy. The film is directed by Praveen Kandregula and written by Vasant Mariganti. The film revolves around the lives of three quirky couples living in the seaside town of Bhimilipuram.

The story unravels as the wives of the gang starts getting supernatural behaviours and the fun thrill of a comedy circus. Samantha plays the role of a spiritual woman who comes to the town for the rescue of the couples.

Rahul Ravindran, a close friend of Samantha was one of the first to state his review after the premier. He posted on X stating :

So far the film is loved by the critics and is a success. Fans are loving the actress in a new avatar, supporting her in this new production venture.
