Churu, Rajasthan – July 9: A Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed this afternoon near Ratangarh town in Rajasthan’s Churu district, triggering panic in the surrounding villages. The crash occurred around 1:25 PM in Bhanoda village, with reports confirming that the aircraft went down in an agricultural field, according to the Station House Officer (SHO) of the area.Local police were rushed to the spot immediately after the crash, and an investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the accident.
Pilot Status Unclear, Human Remains Found
As per the initial reports, human body parts were discovered at the crash site, raising fears that the pilot may have lost his life in the incident. However, official confirmation from the IAF is still awaited regarding the identity and condition of the pilot.Visuals from the crash site showed debris scattered across the field, with security forces cordoning off the area. The Indian Air Force is expected to release a detailed statement soon.

Eyewitnesses in the area reported hearing a loud explosion, followed by smoke rising from the field. Locals rushed to the site and immediately informed the authorities. The IAF has launched a court of inquiry to determine the technical or operational reasons behind the crash.
