This incident comes just weeks before elections, adding tension to the political climate. Punjab Grenade Blast Triggers Security Alert Across State On Sunday night, two men on a motorcycle were seen on CCTV throwing a grenade at Lakha’s Amritsar home. Moments after the blast rocked the area, police teams quickly arrived at the scene. They launched a fast-paced investigation and arrested two suspects within hours.
ISI and Bishnoi Network Suspected in Punjab Grenade Blast
Investigators believe the attack was planned by Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, with help from Pakistan’s ISI. According to police sources, the attackers received encrypted messages and foreign funding to carry out the act.
