Trust the Process: Senior advocate N Hariharan on Cash Controversy

New Delhi: The newly elected president of the Delhi High Court Bar Association N Hariharan has urged for patience. They also called for trust in the judicial process during the ongoing “cash at home” controversy. Speaking to reporters after assuming office, they emphasized the need to await the outcome of the judicial probe. Conclusions should not be drawn prematurely.
Respecting the Judicial Process:
stated that the Bar Association believes in the independence of the judiciary. It trusts its ability to conduct a fair and impartial investigation. He stressed that premature pronouncements and speculation could potentially prejudice the ongoing probe.
