Armed men opened fire at YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s house in Gurugram early on Sunday morning. The incident took place between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. in Sector 56/57. According to police, three bike-borne assailants sprayed over two dozen bullets at the residence. The firing created panic in the area, but no injuries took place during the attack.

Attackers Caught on CCTV

CCTV cameras installed outside the residence captured the firing. The footage shows two men getting down from a bike and shooting repeatedly at the building. One shooter stood at the gate while the other aimed at the walls and windows. The attackers then fled the scene within seconds. Investigators collected bullet shells and other forensic evidence from the spot.

Elvish Yadav Was Not at Home

Elvish Yadav did not stay in the house at the time of the incident. He was away from Haryana due to work commitments. His family and caretaker remained inside the building when the shooting happened, but they escaped unhurt. The bullets hit the ground floor and the first floor, while Elvish usually stays on the upper floors of the property.

Gang Claims Responsibility

Soon after the attack, the Himanshu Bhau gang claimed responsibility through a social media post. The message carried the names of gang members Neeraj Faridpur and Bhau Ritoliya. It accused Yadav of promoting betting apps and issued a warning that those who promote such platforms could face similar consequences. The gang, reportedly led by Portugal-based Himanshu Bhau, remains on the radar of law enforcement agencies.

Police Begin Investigation

Police teams reached the house quickly after the firing and launched an investigation. They scanned nearby CCTV cameras and questioned locals for more details. Officers said they will register a formal FIR after recording statements from the family. Senior officials confirmed that security has been tightened around the area to prevent any further threats.
